G’day! Welcome to the blog

Hey, I’m Sean.

I started this blog as a fun way to practise writing. I’m gonna become a psychologist, like Nigel Latta, and for all that studying, I have to write really dry, scientific reports. This is my creative release.

I don’t crank out recipes in my posts. I just write on whatever perks my interest in the food world. Recently, for example, I documented my experience on the 5:2 diet which was brought to a short snd painful end after eating laxative-laden vegetables and little else.

I’m only 19, so any tips I’m giving are not coming from me, but from far more experienced family members. If you have any constructive feeback, I’d love to hear it!

      • Read lots of other blogs, leave LIKES and COMMENTS, but only if you’re genuinely attracted to something. People will generally come to check you out. Quality counts for much more than quantity, although regularity is important. Imitate what you like, avoid what you dislike. Scroll through the themes. If you’re going to use photographs, learn some basic technique–it’s not hard or expensive. It’s better to have one good pic than lots of bad ones. Good luck. Ken

  3. Good luck with your new blog dude! I love the roast potatoes on your You Tube channel. They look really tasty. I always use fresh rosemary too but can never quite get mine as fluffy, maybe I will be able to from now on!

    • Hi, thanks for looking at my blog. I think that what makes the potatoes so fluffy is the parboiling they get and the shaking definitely opens them up more for the flavour to get in. Hope you have good success with growing some kale, I’m a keen gardener as well and have never grown kale either, or infact tried it.

      • I hadn’t tried it until my parents grew it last year and I baked it in olive oil and some salt. It’s delicious and hence why I’ll definitely be growing some this year. Thanks for the potato tips!
